How do buyers download their invoices?
Invoices are automatically attached to Shopify order confirmation emails. Alternatively, buyers can click the "Download Invoice" button on their Shopify Order Status Page if Theme App Embeds are activated.
Does Box Invoice Studio support multi-currency and multi-language stores?
Yes! Box Invoice Studio automatically detects the customer's checkout currency and store locale (supporting 12 languages: English, Vietnamese, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch).
How does AI Credit quota work?
Each subscription tier includes a monthly quota of AI credits (Free: 5, Starter: 50, Pro: 300, Enterprise: 2000). Credits are used when using AI Brand Importer or AI Invoice Translator tools.
